This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Whenever you visit this website, Vercel records various log files including your IP address to deliver the site. For details, please consult Vercel's privacy policy at https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy. We use Vercel on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our company has a legitimate interest in presenting a website that is as dependable as possible. A data processing agreement (DPA) is in place with the provider.

Data recording on this website

Usage analytics (PostHog)

We use PostHog, an analytics service hosted in the United States (PostHog Inc.), to understand how visitors use this site: pages viewed, interactions with the demo playground, and technical context such as browser type. Analytics identifiers are pseudonymous. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving this website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States; see the note on third-country transfers below.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, your optional sector selection, your language, and the source of your visit (referrer and campaign parameters). We use this exclusively to notify you about the product launch and to prioritize what we build (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). No newsletter, no sharing with third parties, no advertising use. You can request deletion of your waitlist entry at any time by writing to legal@ideabridge.de; we delete on request without conditions.

Third-country transfers

Some of the tools we use are operated by companies in the United States. Data transfer to the US is permitted if the recipient is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) or provides appropriate additional assurances. We would like you to note that in third countries without an adequacy decision, a level of data protection comparable to that in the EU cannot be fully guaranteed.

Storage duration

Unless a more specific storage period has been specified in this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for which it was collected no longer applies. If you assert a justified request for deletion or revoke your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing it (e.g., tax or commercial law retention periods).

Your rights

You have the right to receive information about the source, recipients, and purposes of your archived personal data at any time without having to pay a fee for such disclosures. You also have the right to demand that your data be rectified or eradicated, the right to demand that processing be restricted under certain circumstances, the right to data portability, and the right to revoke any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. In the event that data are processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing based on grounds arising from your unique situation (Art. 21 GDPR). Furthermore, you have the right to log a complaint with the competent supervisory agency.
